I have loved to read since I was a little girl. I go almost nowhere without a book or a kindle.
I love historical novels. They can be fiction or based on real history.  Romances are my favorite but I also really like American history especially Revolutionary and Civil War era. I also enjoy some fantasy fiction but I am very selective.

Buzz words: western, Civil War, Revolutionary war, Scotland, Indianapolis, dragons, witch, rescued trafficking, artist, gothic and Russia.

2018 End of Year Wrap Up

     So November and December were a bust for Book club. This tends to happen around holiday time because it is hard to gather such a large group when everyone is also dealing with extra family, cooking, cleaning, and all things dealing with presents. January will also be a no book club month because for some reason this year we all seem to need some down time after Christmas. We will resume book club meetings in February when we come together after reading Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty.     I thought we could start off the new year by talking about how last years reading goals went for us and what our reading goals look like this year. 16 Kindle Unlimited Cozy Mysteries To Read

      When I am in a reading drought I know that if I pick up any cozy mysteries I am most likely going to breeze through the whole series and want to find another. Besides going to my local used book store the best way to find and read the whole series is Kindle unlimited. Every once in a while I go through and make a list of a bunch of cozy mysteries on KU to keep on hand in case I need something light or something to pull me through a slump.
